More Green Time Less Screen Time

Supported by Queensland Women’s Week, More Green Time Less Screen Time is an exclusive Queensland Women’s Week event for women who want to get more nature into their daily routine. Hosted in the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, on Tuesday 6 March, our breakfast event will include:

  • 7:30 am Welcome
  • 7:45 am Introduction to Japanese forest bathing with Charlotte Rose
  • 8:05am Dr Theresa Scott from UQ presents research demonstrating the health and wellbeing benefits of connection with nature
  • 8:30am Get active outdoors and enjoy a delicious breakfast lead by the fabulous Nature Play Queensland team

Take in the delights of the beautiful gardens, eat some healthy nature inspired food and finish your morning invigorated and content.
