QTFN partnered with Sunland Group in 2016 to provide a quality offset for ‘The Heights Residences’ – an 85ha master planned parkland community in Pimpama. Sunland appointed QTFN to manage 38.33ha of offset habitat at our Koala Crossing property, which forms part of the largest remaining stretch of open eucalypt forest in South-East Queensland.
