The property is the largest in the area providing privacy, space and an enviable lifestyle. Rich volcanic soils support a variety of native flora and fauna on your own 70 acre nature reserve that receives funding from the local council through a nature conservation partnership. On top of the 70 acre conservation area, pockets of the property along flowing spring fed creeks and hill sides are being regenerated to native rainforest. Within you will find a number of endangered flora and fauna species, including the Richmond Birdwing Butterfly and one of only two known reserve in South East Queensland to Richmond Birdwing Butterfly Vine (Pararistolochia praevenosa) that is over 200 years old.
