Media Consent & Content/Talent Release Information
Queensland Trust for Nature (QTFN) and their partners use and reproduce images and/or videos of you and/or your content in marketing and communication material and generally would have sought your consent to do so.
The use of the photographs, imagery and videos may include information that could identify you and may be displayed publicly. An image which is sufficiently clear to enable you to be identified as an individual is personal information. In general, personal information is not disclosed or published unless QTFN has obtained the consent of the individual concerned.
By being involved in a QTFN event, partnership, or other affiliation, you agree to QTFN & partners taking images or recordings of yourself (and if applicable your dependents), using that content in any of their communications, and storing it indefinitely (i.e. photo library). You acknowledge QTFN & partners have the perpetual rights and are the copyright owners of the content, and understand you won’t be paid for content of you. You agree to waive the right to review/approve content, but know that if you have any issues that you can withdraw your consent by emailing info@qtfn.org.au.

- Using, publishing, or reproducing the Images and Recordings in any form (in whole or in part) and by any medium for public relations, promotions, commercial, and advertising purposes (“Promotional Materials”)
- Retaining or storing the Images and Recordings (including those incorporated into Promotional Materials), in hard copy or digitally, including but not limited to the deposit of the Images and Recordings into a QTFN Content Library.
2. You agree that the rights granted to QTFN under clause 1 of this Consent Form are perpetual and that you will not receive any payment, royalty, or other consideration (whether monetary or otherwise) from QTFN in connection with the making, use, or storage of the Images and Recordings.
3. You agree to QTFN collecting, storing, handling, accessing, managing, transferring, using, and disclosing personal information about you and the Children, including but not limited to your name, details, and image, in connection with the Images and Recordings or the Promotional Materials.

You acknowledge and agree that any Promotional Materials which refer to you, your property, and the Children, expressly or by implication, are, at the date of publication, made in good faith and are not intended to defame or offend you or the Children or bring you or the Children into disrepute and, to the best of QTFN’s knowledge, are true and correct. Though QTFN will usually try to seek approval, youagree to waive any right that you may have to review or approve the content prior to the content being used or reproduced by QTFN.
5. You agree that QTFN is the owner of the copyright in the Images and Recordings and the physical Images and Recordings.
6. You give this Consent of your own free will, on the full understanding and comprehension of the terms of this Consent Form.
